Here are the forms you will need to fill out in order to access electricity, phone lines, or internet lines at the hotel during Thunder.  Please note that if you need high speed internet access, it is provided & billed by  Core Communications, a company outside of the Hyatt, but the Hyatt will set it up for you.  Just mark the form in the space that indicates you want it.

***IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU HAVE YOUR FORMS INTO THE HOTEL NO LATER THAN JULY 8, 2008.   Because our vendor area this year is very irregularly shaped, the hotel has to do a lot of work to make sure that the proper lines are installed in the proper spaces.  So, it is critical that they have this information on or before the assigned date of July 8 so that you won't be inconvenienced.  Anyone who waits until they get to the hotel to request electrical or phone service will have a long wait and may not have what they need by the time the event starts.  So, if you know you are coming to Thunder, FILL OUT YOUR FORMS NOW AND GET THEM TURNED IN TO  THE HOTEL!!!
